AVG Reprts this......and i cant do a thing...HELP PLZ

Hi Folks....

Im running with PC Guard (thx to Virgin) and I also have AVG
installed...when I do a scan it comes up with this....

Virus Identified Worm.Atoit.btz
The location comes up as the following....
c:\$recycle.bin\S-1-5-21 1387565480-2381936619-359552138-1000
$RQJ05X0.exe:\sapmi_vcstat.exe

Now ive emptied the recycle bin ,re-scanned and it still says its there....

Has anyone had this,,, how bad is it,,,is it a false report ? any clues as
to how to clean my pc, short of reformatting....
