Yep, same using Pegasus and AVG.
AVG only checks during POP check/download.
Matter of fact, only time I ever see AVG doing it is if POP access is
slow for some reason or other or the email has a very large attachement.
Usually, it's so fast (cable) the AVG popup window doesn't even show.
