Post subject: AV & Anti Spyware

Please can someone advice me whether it is all right to use anti
spyware/adware alongside the normal Anti Virus software - and there wont be
any conflict. I have Sophos AV and am considering installing Spybot &
Adaware???

I also rely XP HE SP2's firewall
